For seven years, Mariana Viegas photographed the sets of some of the last productions shot on 35mm. Now she returns to the perspective she had as a young woman, when she worked with directors Šarūnas Bartas, Pedro Costa, João César Monteiro and Manoel de Oliveira. Joined by a few guests, she leads us on a journey through a remarkable archive—an encounter between photography and cinema, creation and life.
