Halgi (2026)

In a hushed Maharashtrian village, Janardan, a halgi player, is tied to an ancestral tradition he no longer believes in. For generations, his family has survived on the drum’s rhythm, yet for him every beat carries caste, shame, and suffocation. As events steer him away from the halgi, his silence grows louder than any sound, until fate pulls him back to the instrument he tried to leave behind.
