The Property (2026)

Desperate undergraduates Timothy and Bryce chase a quick payday after clicking on a remote online classified, but their meeting with an eccentric rural caretaker swiftly descends into a terrifying ordeal. Initial awkwardness quickly evaporates as their reclusive host abandons any facade of civility, transforming a simple cash transaction into a brutal struggle for survival. A gripping tale where a basic digital advertisement triggers a deadly chain reaction in the secluded countryside.
