The Wealth (2026)

As death draws near for Mr. Mehmet, a wealthy and respected merchant in an Anatolian city, relatives and acquaintances begin to gather around him while his health steadily declines. Behind the house’s calm surface, old tensions, unspoken expectations, and concealed ambitions start to surface. Through lingering silences, telling gestures, and fragile family bonds, The Wealth examines the emotional and moral rifts shaped by inheritance, kinship, and the inescapable reality of death.
