Breaking the Circle (2026)

Serving thirty-one months in confinement, Serbian rapper Sale Tru is granted a seventy-two-hour window outside prison walls. That brief three-day reprieve becomes a powerful transitional zone, separating the life he abandoned from the one he fights to reconstruct. On the very morning he exits Sremska Mitrovica Correctional Facility following a nine-year recording drought, his brand-new single and music video, Ti si top, drop worldwide. As viral streams surge and his name resurfaces in public conversation, Sale charts a course from Sremska Mitrovica straight to Belgrade. He threads back into his personal circle, long-time associates, hometown streets, and his musical craft. Shot with an intimate, documentary-style approach, each everyday interaction and quiet drive carries profound weight, because every second unfolds under an irreversible deadline.
