In 2020, Ruby Bridges Elementary opened in Washington State with a bold vision from its founding principal and staff: place every child in the same classroom, no matter their disability or level of support needs. Five years on, the school is achieving impressive academic and social results—without extra funding or additional staff. There was no miracle solution, only a fresh model rooted in the conviction that inclusion strengthens everyone. All of Us tells the story of a school that defies convention—a school that is one of a kind, yet should not be.
