Kamal's (2026)

In rural Iowa, a Muslim chef and his Catholic wife are bringing two cultures together in the kitchen and in everyday life. Their menu pairs Middle Eastern traditions with the richness of Midwestern ingredients, but their most meaningful creation is a sense of belonging. By welcoming others and building community, they make sure everyone has a place at the table.
