I Want You To Pause This (2026)

In I Want You To Pause This, sound, image and text unfold simultaneously while the focal point keeps slipping away. This paradox suggests the film can only be viewed properly by refusing to watch it straight through: hit pause and study the frozen frames. The narrative itself is simple: a time-traveling aconceptualist journeys backward to stop his joke of an art movement from being taken seriously, only to land on a beach from his childhood.
