Imitation (2026)

Imitation is a tiny British comedy about Max and Charlie, whose ordinary lives are interrupted by more urgent concerns. At just four minutes, the film focuses on a simple comic situation and moves quickly toward its central gag.

The minimalist format gives the project the feel of a sharply observed comedic sketch while still using the structure of a narrative short. Its small cast keeps the attention on the chemistry between the two characters and the everyday absurdity suggested by the title.
