Argentina, early 2000s. Augusto is a solitary man whose days blur together in front of the television, passing time by phoning strangers and asking them to help him solve crossword puzzles. Everything unravels when his sister begins calling to discuss their mother, sending him spiraling into a consuming vortex of paranoia.
