Go Hungary (2026)
Director: Wyneke van Nieuwenhuyzen
Go Hungary is an intimate personal film diary that captures everyday life in Hungary under Viktor Orbán’s rule through the eyes of queer teenage twins Nati and Dorka. Their anger, frustration, and exhaustion with the country’s political climate become the entry point into a deeply human story about the girls’ daily experiences. Alongside them, viewers move through spaces shaped by pervasive propaganda and search for safe places where a sense of freedom can still be felt. Go Hungary is part 2 of the diptych DON'T POLITICIZE : GO HUNGARY.
