Une musique à vivre is a French documentary following young international guitarist Cyprien N'Tsaï as he changes the way he approaches music. Leaving behind the conventional circuit of prestigious concert halls, flights, hotels, and constant touring, he chooses to travel on foot through Provence with a guitar and a donkey.
Directed by Philippe Tabarly, the film follows a journey of roughly 1,500 kilometers around the Sainte-Victoire mountain. Along the way, N'Tsaï performs intimate concerts in unusual locations, turning the documentary into a reflection on music, silence, human connection, and a different idea of artistic success.
Une musique à vivre currently has a theatrical French release and limited confirmed VOD availability.
