Sternbrücke Forever (2026)

An impassioned tribute to one Hamburg landmark and the community around it—paired with a fierce critique of urban politics. Mehmet serves falafel, Martina runs a kiosk, and Stefan repairs cars. On weekends, young nightlife crowds fill the clubs beneath the Sternbrücke, one of more than a hundred old railway bridges in Hamburg. But its days are numbered: the bridge is slated for demolition and replacement.
