Nhang (2026)

A young mother sets out to keep the Vietnamese đám giỗ tradition alive with her little son by her side. When she lights the incense, the ancestral ritual pulls her into vivid childhood recollections of the grandmother who showed her how to pass tradition down. Yet those memories uncover something she has long forgotten, leaving her to work out how she can honor the past while still creating space for something that belongs to her.
