Aziz Zoromba’s first feature documentary trails celebrated chef Fadi Kattan and Canadian business partner Nicole Mankinen as they hurry to launch a Palestinian restaurant in Toronto. As the project comes together, intensifying violence lays waste to Gaza and the West Bank.
