Eyes on the Street journeys through three distinct public spaces in Istanbul to uncover who inhabits, reshapes, and gives meaning to the city—and how these shared places actually function. At its core, the film asks a provocative question: who truly owns a city’s common spaces, and who gets to determine how they are used?
