Os Beatos (2026)

In the picturesque Lakes Region of southeastern Brazil, João finds himself adrift after the restaurant that employed him shuts down for good. Now living under his father’s roof, he channels his energy into his role as a young pastor within the local evangelical congregation. Yet, with too much time on his hands and a deep sense of helplessness—unable to lift up his community or even himself—he spirals into a crisis of faith, convinced that the divine has turned its back on him.
