Zogsool (2026)

Across a sweeping Mongolian grassland, brilliant blue skies and drifting clouds fill half the screen as an oil tanker rolls along a scenic road before halting at a small town. When the town is abruptly placed under COVID-19 lockdown, Sumber, the tanker driver, is forced to quarantine at the local gas station. There, Khanda—a single mother running the station while being sexually and economically exploited by a corrupt government official and the station’s greedy owner—is suddenly given the added responsibility of caring for Sumber.
