Two strangers, Wuming and Dongqing, wander into a fog-shrouded hamlet where every soul lies locked in an enchanted sleep. There they meet Ya, a self-proclaimed Medicine Girl, whose “grandmother” is none other than Hupo—a vengeful entity twisted by immortality and ancient bitterness. Hupo has woven a Slumber Gu curse to hijack Ya’s true form, the Celestial Maiden of the Nine Heavens. When the spell shatters, Ya reclaims her celestial might—only for Wuming to steal the Kunlun Spirit Stone and vanish into the shadows. Forced into an uneasy chase, Ya seizes Dongqing as her captive to track the thief down.
