A neuro-criminologist named Meltem returns to her ancestral village, driven by a chilling mystery: two strangers—patients with no connection to one another—blurt out the exact same word during separate episodes of extreme distress. When she digs deeper, she discovers her own grandmother has been muttering that identical phrase for days, pulling Meltem into a dark web of buried secrets that forces her to confront the past she thought she left behind.
