Doubt (2026)

With ordination just months away, young Catholic deacon Jean retreats to a remote Luxembourg monastery for a short stay, hoping to discern whether monastic life is truly his calling. His days unfold through prayer, ritual, choir practice, and quiet reflection on the community’s serene rhythm. Then a visitor arrives—a handsome young man who is also a benefactor of the monastery—and stirs unexpected feelings Jean cannot name. Before long, Jean must wrestle with his deepest convictions and with the very foundation of where he believes he belongs.
