파시, 섬들의 황금시대 (2025)

During the 1970s, the coastal waters near Heuksando transformed into a sprawling aquatic hub, drawing over two thousand vessels and tens of thousands of visitors each day. Positioned along the seasonal swimming lanes of yellow croaker, brown croaker, and Spanish mackerel, this extraordinary ocean marketplace functioned as a self-contained floating city. Beyond the daily haul, vendors traded spirits, provisions, nautical equipment, and diesel across a network of bobbing platforms. Yet evolving machinery, dwindling marine stocks, an aging crew demographic, and shifting climate patterns gradually dissolved the phenomenon until it disappeared from official charts and public consciousness. This documentary preserves the final echoes of that remarkable seafaring tradition, focusing entirely on Heuksando—the original beating heart of the pasi—and capturing its vanishing legacy before it fades completely.
