Ellysta, Echoes of Water​ (2026)

During a July 2023 visit to Dadap Village in Jakarta, a filmmaker stumbles upon the Alista Hotel. Stranded by the evening high tide with no taxi in sight, they check in for a brief stay—but the haunting impression of the place never fades, pulling them back in 2025. There, they encounter "Boy," the caretaker who watches over the declining hotel. Exploring the deep connection between a person and a place, along with the memories both carry, the film captures the fleeting life and final days of a vanishing landmark.
