Meteorite (2026)

In a sleepy riverside town along the Magdalena, Tefa and Nia are raising Nia’s little nephew, carving out a quiet life that’s about to crack wide open. When Nia convinces Tefa to help her sneak cellphones into the local penitentiary, the two plunge into a shadowy underworld—one that leads them straight into a surreal, sprawling theme park built atop a drug kingpin’s ruined empire. Here, glittering water slides snake past overgrown trails and faded concrete dinosaurs, while the scorching summer air hums with half-forgotten traumas. Beneath the carnival colors, violence seeps through every crack, and for Tefa, the heat is closing in—pulling her relentlessly toward a collision she can’t escape.
