The H@llow Man (2026)

The year is 2059, in Tunisia, where biochips govern memory and deaden all feeling. Hypnotherapy is outlawed, yet Taha meets a hypnotherapist in secret. By trade, he is a pathos-smith—a poet who crafts emotions for those who can no longer experience them. Under trance, Taha journeys through a forest to a house with no power, crawling with bedbugs, watched over by a quiet, prying neighbor. Within its walls, a man and two women ready a suicide mission. The chosen bomber is pregnant; their leader has decreed that a fetus under three months carries no soul. Through a fog of hallucinogenic pills, Taha grasps the truth: the unborn child is him. When police raid the house, his mother immolates herself.
