Spin Cycle: The Change We Carry (2026)

In a busy Los Angeles strip-mall parking lot, Mandy is an affluent newcomer to a neighborhood undergoing gentrification. She coldly brushes off locals, including Lena, a woman panhandling outside the laundromat. But when the dryer swallows her final quarters, Mandy endures literal head transformations for just fifty cents. Blinded by her own biases, she keeps dismissing Lena, who repeatedly approaches her with a soda cup filled with change.
