Two decades after earning his degree, a filmmaker revisits his former campus to uncover the forces that pushed it to the edge of shutting down. Camera in hand, he captures the school's last gasp—its final "garbage time." Through the voices of teachers, alumni, overseas learners, and students needing learning support, the documentary reveals the everyday rhythms and subtle transformations of the university's closing chapter.
