The film you never made and your wedding film (2026)

A personal documentary exploring my own birth and my mother’s journeys through Japan and China in the 1990s gradually transforms into a commissioned project for her second wedding, exposing a growing rift between the inherited visuals of her past and the identity I’m now expected to assume.
