Deep in the Philippine countryside, a destitute young man yearning for a brighter future becomes trapped in his own slumber by the Batibat. What begins as a seductive dream filled with warmth and wonder gradually morphs into a tranquil nightmare—one that threatens to swallow not just him, but the entire town, in an endless sleep from which no one may ever awaken.
