In a London community centre, facilitators and volunteers host an imaginative travel-themed session for people living with dementia, alongside their families, friends and carers. Together, the group takes a joyful journey down memory lane—sharing stories of past trips, bringing those memories to life through theatre, and writing postcards to loved ones.
