Farewell To Dough (2026)

Farewell to Dough centers on Itzik, a bachelor in Jerusalem who lives upstairs from his parents and structures each day around one beloved ritual: a burekas from Musa’s bakery. After dizzy spells bring an unexpected diagnosis, he is told to cut carbs—a seemingly small change that erupts into a full-blown life crisis in a city where the holy and the mundane constantly overlap. As Itzik wrestles with losing the comfort that has long anchored him, he sets off on a strange, painful, and possibly romantic journey toward something new.
