Bootstrapped (2026)

Bootstrapped is a one-minute science-fiction comedy built around a time-travel paradox. The story compresses a potentially elaborate science-fiction problem into a single minute, allowing the idea of causality and repetition to become the film's central joke.

Joe Heath handles the entire production himself, giving the short a distinctly independent and self-contained quality. Its extremely brief running time makes the film an example of micro-cinema built around one strong speculative idea.
