A Woman Dancing on the Waves (2026)

Choi Se-dam places her grandmother, Yoon Young-ja, at the heart of a strange and remarkable family history. A shaman who spent her life lifting the family from nothing, Young-ja longed to write a novel called A Woman Dancing on the Waves—but she never finished it, and as her memory slowly faded, she eventually forgot who the woman on the waves was. With her grandmother’s gradually slipping memory as the focus, Choi unravels this extraordinary family story.
