Cast: Raí, Magno Nunes, Luiza Erundina, Marcos Bonequini, Cafú
A pivotal 20-second pause hangs in the air as Raí fixes his eyes on the horizon before striking the free kick that would settle the 1992 Intercontinental Cup final between São Paulo and Barcelona. Weaving together manga artistry, PLACAR magazine archives, never-before-seen VHS footage filmed in Tokyo, and exclusive Paris shoots, the film follows Raí’s path to his world-title triumph in Japan, creating an intimate portrait that connects his past, present, and future.
