Thanasis, a sixty-year-old pastry chef, runs one of Thessaloniki’s oldest sweet shops. This intimate documentary crafts a portrait of a man caught between the looming prospect of retirement and the struggle to redefine his identity beyond the workplace, haunted daily by the question of who he will be when he is no longer defined by his labor.
