White Agbada (2026)

Ibironke, a Nigerian-American woman stuck in a rut, turns to self-sabotaging habits just to get by. Her worried sister reaches out with a suggestion: a family journey to Nigeria for spiritual healing. Ibironke wants no part of it and keeps diving deeper into her destructive patterns—like a no-strings hookup with an engaged business prospect who’s expecting a child. Their pillow talk spirals into a heated argument, and that’s when an ancestor, who’s been leaving Easter eggs scattered through her day, suddenly materializes in her mirror, jolting her into terror. In that haunting moment, she understands the vision is a blunt wake-up call for a major life shift.
