Alice au pays des colons is a French documentary directed by Yanis Mhamdi. It follows Alice Kisiya, a Palestinian woman from Bethlehem whose family property has been taken by settlers, as she repeatedly returns to the site and confronts the forces surrounding the contested land.
The documentary also follows Alaa Nasr, who lives in the village of Madama in the northern West Bank, surrounded by Israeli settlements. Through these personal stories, the film examines displacement, land, identity, and civilian resistance from an intimate observational perspective.
Availability for Alice au pays des colons depends on French theatrical and documentary distribution.
