Just before summer break, a covert and forbidden game spreads through a high school. Students who participate soon find their everyday lives shifting, and a mysterious incident erupts. Alarmed, the administration brings in counselor Koharu to support the traumatized witnesses. But one of the game’s players is Koharu’s own sister, Nanami. As strange events escalate, each student gets pulled deeper into the supernatural chaos.
