Meanwhile in Namibia (2026)
Director: Jonas Spriestersbach
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Germany occupied Namibia and committed genocide against its native peoples. Yet today, Berlin refuses to pay reparations, offering instead development aid programs that reek of neo-colonial arrogance and blatant racism—packaged as solidarity. This hypocrisy is clear to all except German bureaucrats and wistful travelers looking through rose-tinted glasses.
