This mind-bending documentary essay takes its cue from Arthur Rimbaud’s visionary poem A Season in Hell, sending the poet’s ghost across time to meet revolutionaries and queer rebels and outsiders—among them Emma Goldman, David Wojnarowicz, and Marsha P. Johnson. These encounters build a richly layered collage that questions identity, the meaning of revolution, and the artist’s part in shaping radical histories and shared imaginaries.
