Coming of Age (2026)

When welding engineer Cheol-taek receives a terminal cancer diagnosis, the shockwave ripples far beyond his own life. His only daughter, Jeong-mi, a struggling bit-part actress, finds her world upended. So does Hyun-sook, his effectively estranged wife, who had just settled into a peaceful retirement after wrapping up her civil service career. The news also touches Hyun-sook's mother Ok-nam, now nearing her nineties, along with Cheol-taek's older brother Kwan-taek and Kwan-taek's grandson Dong-min, drawing each of them into the unfolding aftermath.
