Check and Worm (2026)

After ascending the throne, the generous but naive Queen gives away the Kingdom’s treasures to every petitioner who asks, despite the experienced councillor’s strong objections. A dance trial is then staged to reveal each petitioner’s true intentions: whoever moves with the greatest ease and grace is deemed worthy, for such effortless movement cannot be weighed down by stolen burdens or a guilty conscience. But during the test, the Queen’s view of the world is changed forever.
