This year, the heirs will assemble inside their sprawling estate to determine who will seize control of the powerful clan. For Miyuki, becoming the successor means her brother would never again be forced to live as an outcast. But that prize comes with a crushing cost: a political marriage that throws her heart into chaos. As if that weren't enough, the current family head drops a bombshell statement that shatters all certainty. When the clock strikes the new year, the bond between them may be altered forever.
