Mayday (2026)

Mayday is a Cold War action comedy following U.S. Navy pilot Lieutenant Troy Kelly, who becomes stranded behind enemy lines after a secret mission over Soviet territory goes wrong. His best chance of survival is an unlikely partnership with Nikolai Ustinov, an eccentric former KGB agent.

The film combines buddy comedy and action-adventure with the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Cold War thriller. Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh anchor the story as two very different men who have to rely on each other while navigating danger and cultural misunderstandings.
